Well, it sounds like these might be good served with mashed potatoes. I don't know much about substituting potato starch in the recipe; if I ever make it I'll have to do some research to try to make sure I get ingredients that will work.

As for the cheese, cheddar is my go-to cheese for everything but I could do something different. One note about cheddar: It's naturally white, but often has orange dye added to it, for I-don't-know-what-reason. I might stick to milder cheeses on your recommendation.

Today is Independence Day! :gurt: :D (I don't think Gurt Green is the same tone as the one we use, but it's green so with elephants)
Dolphins are some of the smartest animals, yes, but by human standards… Let's say you should praise the god that forces them to stay handless and underwater.
