So, I've been keeping you all on tenderhooks. Time to let you off the hook, and release that tension back into the wild.....

See, I decided to combine two obsessions I had. One was this ARG. The other was Yu-Gi-Oh. Thanks to me spending a lot of time in this thread, what I was going to do was obvious. I present...my love letter to the ARG.




I want to thank this place, and Safebooru (where I got some of the images not from echoes or profile pictures), as well as Scarab who drew all the profile pictures, and whomever drew the echoes.

And Sicon, I still want to duel you.

Okay, that picture of Psi is canon now.

It's too bad none of these will ever be official, because it would be great if one of the characters in the TV show got to say, "YOU'VE ACTIVATED MY TRAP CARD!!! INSURMOUNTABLE WAIST-HIGH FENCE!!!"

How come we don't get cards...

These cards mean nothing to me as I don't play the game, but this sort of thing always is interesting to me. Curious how someone would do this if they were Magic Cards.

I know very little about Magic, but wouldn't The Void be, essentially, all 5 colors at once? Or perhaps, none of them?

EDIT: And Connor, I really don't know much about any of you GMs, nor do I have a strong impression of you all (since you all were in the background, which is exactly where you should have been during the ARG), so I don't have anything that I can really build off of for card stuff.

No, don't worry about it Krika. =P Though, it does seem that a Mr. A card is called for. Maybe I missed it.

I notice that Jeroic is the only "monster" card that doesn't have some kind of effect attached. Is there any particular reason for that, or could you just not think of one?

And once again, Mr. A is a intentionally mysterious figure, so I'm not 100% sure what I could do with him. Something about spawning tokens (instantiations), and maybe a field-spell based thing could work, I suppose.

Jeroic was made a Normal Monster intentionally. His profile picture appealed to me as sort of a "Badass Normal" look, so I took that impression and ran with it. Which doesn't mean it's bad, oh no.
