They are, yes, I still have to do shading and details on those layers, I wanted you all to see at least up to flat colours so you knew pretty much how you'd look in the end.

Taichou (隊長, Taichoo is also a valid romanization) is Japanese for "Commanding Officer" in a military setting, or "Captain" as it is often translated. It's sometimes used in martial art circles too, if I'm not mistaken. Since Jeroic's theme is Martial Arts and he's wielding a Katana, it is only fitting.

Also, may or may not, be a reference to Bleach or another anime. You'd have to ask Adell about that.

I'm going by the fact that he's left handed in his image, not by how the sword would logically be drawn. And if we really want to be sticklers we can always just flip the sprite to the right haha.

To those who have not gone yet/haven't sent in what they want their profile to look like, we would like to suggest asking for more varied things. I know it seem obvious and cool to have your character swinging around a sword or firing a gun but quite a few people have already asked for this and scarab and I would like to do more interesting and varied drawings/sprites both to improve our skills but also to keep things interesting :3 thank you!

Totally not beyond drawing, say, dynamite, flying discs or giant sporks as offensive weapons here, guys

Aaaand here's Genndy, his concept just seemed to say 'cartoon action' to me, what with all the Oswald associations and the giant mallet sooo that's what he got.



I believe that completes the characters we have up to flat colours. Starting work on Sicon's design ASAP.

My point. I still haven't decided on what to request and I don't want Scarab to draw a sh*tload of stuff in my pic. Because it will be more work for, because I'll have more stuff than everyone and because however Scarab draw me it will look awesome :3
