Qara as you can see, there are two versions here. I wasn't sure what to go with on hair colour and wanted to ask some opinions. What do you think? Purple or brown? I quite like the purple, myself...

I don't know. Both are pretty scary. And the purple shadow scares me more than the brain grenade.

Meanwhile, Krika is... um... well he's done, I guess. I'll be honest with ya, the design idea was awesome, but I'm not ure of my execution.This is either gonna turn out to be one of my better ones, once the ink and flat colour is added, or I'll need to start all over again. Time and ink alone shall tell.

See, this is where I'd might fill the entire post with a ton of Gurts, or whatever. But at some point, overuse causes them to lose all meaning. Thusly, I'm just going to say that it looks pretty good! The face does feel a bit wonky though....oddly, I'm reminded of Androids 17/18 from DBZ, in terms of facial structure (and/or the hairstyle). The rest of it looks great, though!

I think you literally WERE the last person, too That's what you get for going away and leaving me to my own devices for the entire weekend. And fair enough, purple it is!

...It does? Hm. I may need to fix that, I'm not a big fan of the Dragonball designs in general, but those guys in particular just look really weird, and not in a good, creative, 'this artist is just challenging our perceptions and stereotypes' sort of way.

But yes, I know what you mean. I know something isn't quite right with the face but I can't see what exactly, and my usual method of flipping the picture horizontally (an artist's trick to check you've got your proportions correct) didn't enlighten me anymore. Anyway I redid the face a tiny bit to see if that helped, would this appear more accurate/less strange to you?
