ARG Player Profiles

[Scarab]

Jack Alsworth’s character profile is up. He asked for a Mister A type theme, and wasn’t sure what he wanted as a weapon. He ended up with a tuxedo (bowtie, because ties aren’t as much fun to draw) aaand the ability to create portals. The suit has given him a kinda Butlerish look, I think... I rather like how it came out.



Alsworth is the Gatemaster. He sees your passage in and out of each battle. It’s best not to irritate him, or he might make the site of your next competition... shall we say, less than hospitable? (Naaah I know you wouldn’t really do anything like that, Jack, you’re too nice . Still, portal manipulation seems a pretty cool power to me.)

Absolutely a positive response. The butler theme works really well with the portals, and I'm really glad that the suit turned out well. (The bow tie was a nice touch. ) Thank you, Scarab!

The way I see it, if you're picking something like a sword or a gun JUST because you think it looks cool or is traditionally badass for whatever reason then that's not nessecarily you being especially true to yourself. Even though you all ARE badass, and some of you really do suit the swords . None of you are awesome because you can weild a sword or control an interdimensional coffee room. You're cool because of who you are, the people we've come to know over the last six months, and the people we wanted to capture in these drawings in the first place. Hell guys, you all have a huge range of talents and skills.

These profile pictures are meant to capture a sense of you, or at least a version of you from online, specifically the one from the ARG.

( Shrugs, gripping flaming lasso and dragging the Mexican Bandit El Mustachio to the Sheriff's office.)

Well, I fitted my pistol with tranquilizer darts so villains can go to sleep for a few hours and painted it orange so it looks less lethal.
Oh, and I can lasso cows, shootdodge, throw fireballs, control and use fire, teleport, become invisible, draw like a boss, read like a boss and game like a boss as a Metaguard.

Hmm. Hoodie I sorta asked for, even if a vest was more what I was going for (my design wouldn't be as good with a hood, I think, so that's alright). I don't really considering the magical thingy to be an energy attack (hell, it's not even necessarily an offensive trick. Might be a shield, or a utility trick). So.....total, 1/4 (two halves) on that list?
