Username: Goliath (Victin)
Build: large 2
Weapon: None, but he can use most of the environment around him in his favor (for example: using trees instead of clubs)
Abilities:
  • Pride: Once in a fight with an opponent redeemed worthy or one that has challenged him, Goliath will not stop until one of the two fighters has died or give up of the fight. Any abilities that could scare him away from a fight are unneffective.
  • Square-Cube Law: Even though he's highly resistant and strong, his enormous size and density creates a need of a strong force to move him around. Even though he's godly strong, he's still slow, and actually prefer to walk to his oponents.
Powers:
  • Super strength: His strenght is beyond any human or similar. He is able to lift anything, if given enough time. He is also able to easily pick up huge boulders from the ground, even when the terrain is as flat as a sheet of paper. NOTE: Yes, this means that he can literally create a bould by putting his hands on the ground, then a spheric (or not) piece of the earth will become solid rock, which he can throw at his opponent.
  • Stone Flesh: Goliath's body is composed of rock unknown to normal beings. Created by Gaia herself, his stone is highly resistant to physical attacks, while magical attacks have varying deegrees of resistance. His armor is slightly stronger, being made of an also unknown metal. NOTE: Just to make it clear, he still works as any living being, althought without organs or need to eat nor to drink, as he drains his powers from nature itself. But he does enjoys resting (he doesn't need to, but he is fond of it), and can regenerate nearly any given part of his body, but if he loses a limb the process is rather slow, thought if most of the limb is intact he can simply "put it back", and it will be fully fixed in a matter of hours, or even minutes depending on the power and the damage made by the attack.
  • Titan's Blessing: The relationship between Goliath and the other Titans in very strong. Even though he is a minor being created to relate with other minor beings directly, that's exactly what makes their relation so special. He is naturally aided by the other Titans, mainly by his mother and creator: Gaia. Any negative terrain condition has no effect whatsoever onto him, and any other negative enviromental conditions have reduced effect upon him. He is also able to call for direct intervention, during which a Titan temporaly affects a target. The target can have his own personal stormcloud, be hated by all animals, any ground he/she steps on acts like quicksand or sometimes even a positive effect, in the case of an ally, as temporary pyrokinesis or the ability to lift heavy weights. NOTE: This ability active effect lets him to summon the power of any (kind of) Titan or related ally in Greek Mythology (kind of too). This includes, but is not limited to: Gaia, Ouranus, Prometheus, etc.

Backstory: Goliath was created by Gaia the same way God created the angels. He is tied to obbey any of her orders, but after serving her for a long time, she gave him free will. While he isn't working in a mission for her, he usually wander between some of the worlds, looking for amusement and hunting those whom have hurt his pride. He still keeps contact with many Titans, as they also hire him for accomplishing missions. After a long time working with them, they grown more as co-workers or even friends. They grown as a family...

Username: Lieutenant Alaki
Build: Medium 2 (two meters tall, I guess)
Weapons:
  • Power-amplifying blaster (plus bayonet and laser scope!): can fire bolts of raw elemental energy with effects similar to a weak Special Beam Cannon; can amplify blasts/beams of elemental energy up to tenfold; can be Summoned to Hand
  • Power-manipulating spear: used for greater ease of manipulating elemental powers (although strength of powers does not require spear); extremely durable; can be Summoned to Hand
Abilities: Extremely agile (especially on icy ground!); fair durability due to metal plating as skin
Powers: Elemental Ice (average control), Elemental Psionics (low-level; mostly stuck to average-strength Mind Over Matter stuff and crude mental techniques), Elemental Plasma (low-level, due to its hard-to-control nature and extreme destructiveness, but control increases with user's anger and power increases with user's injuries)

Appearance: Two meters tall, with humanoid proportions. Entire body is covered in platemail with a smooth, curved aesthetic; most of it is painted white, but sections with heavier armor are colored in standard metallic tones. Within small gaps in the armor can be viewed more mechanical-looking stuff, such as pistons and servos and such. Eyes and some armor highlights appear to be made of transparent light blue metal and glow with internal light. Face appears entirely human below the nose, although colored the same as the heavier armor sections; the rest of face and head is covered by a domed white helmet, with eyes hidden behind a visor/HUD-looking thingamajig. When summoned, blaster is metallic-colored with white highlights, a core and emitter made of the same light blue metal-glass as above, and sports a bayonet and a tube connected to Alaki's back. Spear is white with metallic-colored blade, which also has a core of the light blue metal-glass.

Date Created: 1/11/13
Battles Fought: Two
Date Destroyed:

(NOTE: I was hoping to include something about his near-death-induced super form, which essentially gives a very brief but drastic boost to all of his elemental powers (especially plasma) and healing factor (which he has, but it's too slow to register as a power and doesn't affect combat normally), but given that it would invariably result in a mutual kill (his injuries reappear after running out of power) due to the broken-ness of plasma powers, among other things, I just decided to go with the minute power increases with failing mental and physical health. He's probably already kinda broken anyways.)

Actually, doesn't look all that broken to me. Though... being around Mimsy may change your definition of that word a bit.

Postby AMimsyBorogove on Fri Jan 11, 2013 7:49 pm

Image
Username: Borogove
Build: Medium 2
Weapon: Anything created by his powers. Generally favors the bow and arrow, but can also wield swords - usually curved, single-edge weapons such as falchions or katanas - and lances.

Abilities

Master of Weapons: Borogove can use just about any weapon with a tremendous level of skill.

Battle Sense - High End: Borogove's reaction times are tremendously quick, and his senses are honed, making him incredibly aware of both his enemies and surroundings. Furthermore, as an expert combatant, he is incredibly good at predicting his enemy's moves just on the basis of experience, and can stay cool even in the middle of a fight.

Powers

Wielder of a Thousand Swords: Borogove has the power to turn anything he is touching into whatever weapon he wishes. There are a few details to this power. Firstly, the requisite material cannot come from a sentient being, as their soul will naturally resist his magic. Secondly, he must maintain contact with the object to be transformed from the beginning of the process to its end. Thirdly, the weapon's durability, cutting power, and over all craftsmanship are directly proportional to how long he spends creating them. For example, a sword created in two seconds would probably bend or break after a few attacks, while one on which he spends several minutes would be so sharp it could cut the air so cleanly as to create razor wind, or to perform impossible feats of swordsmanship with. Finally, he can actually move around while creating a weapon, but he must still remain in contact, and must focus to properly create something. However, if he, say, opts to turn "The ground" into a blade, then so long as he remains in contact with any part of the ground, he can still continue to create a given weapon. Finally, there is no limit to the number of weapons he can create at once, but, as he must focus to create each weapon, it's a given that, in mass quantities, the weapons will be inefficient and weak, and will take longer to create.

Spirit Forging: Borogove's second power is the ability to change the attributes of a given weapon he owns - either one of his creation or one looted in battle, but not one, say, wielded by an enemy - as he sees fit. So long as he is in contact with it, directly or indirectly - for example, he could warp the attributes of a sword planted in the ground several feet away from him so long as he himself is standing on the ground - he can alter several things about it. These include physical attributes - shape, size, density, mass, composition, sharpness, and other such things - conceptual attributes - cannot miss (homes target), one of many (copies itself), etcetera - and elemental attributes. These "elements" work on a system of ten basic elements, namely Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Ice, Lightning, Light, Darkness, Aether, and Void. These last two elements are both concepts from alchemy, the former being the essence of life itself (creating effects such as a healing shiv or a sword that slowly heals the one wielding it, or otherwise strengthening the body of its user) and the latter being the essence of pure destruction and non-existence (taking the form of explosions of arcane power, or spacial warping such as teleportation.) By adding elemental attributes, a variety of effects can be achieved. For example, a sword enchanted with water might release jets of high-pressure water with a similar effect to sword beams, or it might manipulate the water in its user's body to increase speed, strength, and endurance. Clashing elements - fire and ice, for example - can be combined in a single weapon, but, if they have effects that are too similar, it becomes somewhat pointless. For example, if our water sword also had the power to release blasts of fire when swung, the water would just extinguish the fire. And, as with the above ability, attribute alteration isn't instantaneous. Rather, the longer Borogove takes to modify attributes, the more powerful they are, but the less time he takes, the weaker they are. In addition, he can only add one attribute to any given weapon at a time, making the process much more time consuming to actually create a powerful weapon. However, given enough time, some combinations can be truly staggering in their lethality.

Broken Blade: Borogove's final power is very simple, and very dangerous. Namely, any time one of his weapons is broken, whatever surface that touches the fragments of the item as it shatters - but only as it shatters, not after it has already finished breaking apart - is engraved with a glowing magic rune. Each one of these runes contains the full power that was put into the weapon, and, at will, he can invoke one of three effects for this power - destroying the rune in the process - by activating a given command word and snapping his fingers. The first command word, "Shatter," does what you'd probably expect it to do: causes an explosion of power proportionate to the power of the weapon that created the rune. For a hastily created weapon, this would be a blast on the level of perhaps a firework. For a weapon crafted carefully and with much power put into it, this explosion could become truly massive. The second command word, meanwhile, is much more direct, and, perhaps, more dangerous. By declaring "Sever" instead of "Shatter," Borogove can concentrate the full power of the rune upon a single area, creating a single, condensed burst of energy that more cuts like a blade than it does destroy like a blast of power. This ability is again proportionate to the power of the rune, but more power does more to increase the range of the ability than it does its power. At low levels, this ability could only really damage someone standing right on top of the rune in question, or someone with a rune carved onto their body. At high levels, this could probably slash a target from a distance of a few meters, at most. However, due to the ultra-dense nature of this direct attack, what it lacks in range, it makes up for in penetrating power, being capable of cutting through just about anything, even magic defenses. Taking a somewhat different tack from these lethal abilities is the final command, "Bind." By declaring this, Borogove can manifest the power of the rune briefly in a field of pure energy. This can serve either of two purposes: first, to create a protective shield of varying power and size, with power growing weaker as the barrier grows larger, but stronger with increasing strength from the rune in question, and secondly to create a snare of energy that can either slow a target's movements with a weak rune, or entirely immobilize them and even begin crushing down on them with a more powerful rune. Whenever Borogove activates any of these powers, he can sacrifice as many runes as he wants from however many he has at a given time, and can select which runes he uses. However, these runes also come at a cost. Counting as active weapons, they drain his concentration and make it increasingly more and more difficult to create or modify weapons. Because of this, he can't stack runes too much, or else he'll be entirely unable to create new weapons for himself.

A final rule: Borogove CANNOT enter a fight with a pre-made weapon unless it's one he has looted in a previous battle. He will also begin with NO pre-owned weapons. However, looted weapons will carry over effects added to them from previous fights, making named weapons his most powerful items. But, if one of these weapons is destroyed in a fight to create a rune, it's lost for good, and cannot be retrieved - although it can be replicated once inside a battle. Also, pre-owned weapons will be stored in a sort of hyperspace arsenal once gathered, and can be summoned by declaring their name.

After reading Mimsy's sheet I noticed I had to clarify something in my "Stone Flesh" power. Also, I may edit my powers in the future in order to clarify some stuff. Either way, pay attention please, as I believe I'm getting annoying warning every player about my edits.

Seriously guys. Can't you come up with a normal powered character once? I'm always using an relatively underpowered character! *sigh* I'll try to increase my power through explication...

Nah. Actually, the "Elements" part is more inspired by the powers of Touhou's Patchouli Knowledge than it was by Magicka. Actually, I was thinking of outright using the whole "Sun, Moon, Fire, Water, Wood, Metal, Earth" element system, but I decided I'd stick with the Standard Eight Fantasy Elements and the Aether and Void concepts from Alchemy instead.

Anyway, actually, Borogove isn't so much overpowered as he is potentially overpowered. That is, if he gets enough time to charge his weapons. But, you know, your character would fare rather well against him. Even though he's a Lightning Bruiser of sorts, so he could probably outrun your character, your Goliath's Stone Wall-ness would make all but the most powerful attacks ineffective. Of course, given his size, I suppose he'd also be much easier to explodify, but that's another thing entirely.

Actually, when I was trying to sleep last night I ended up thinking of hypotethical scenarious in which Goliath would fight you, Endless, Sicon and Genndy. Yes, I was very bored, why do you ask? And I realised I needed to explain better some of my abilities, more likely their limits. Though a fight between you and me seems like fun.

Build: Medium, but Medium 2 in mecha.
Weapon:
  • Ranged: Rustic Buster: A moss-covered stone Arm Cannon that can launch bursts of plasma. Can be hooked into mecha for scatter-shot mode.
  • Handheld: Rune Mallet: A large stone hammer covered in ancient markings. When activated, the runes amplify the strength of the swing tenfold. When hooked into mechs, a larger variation forms in its hands.
Abilities:
  • Radar: Thrice per battle, Kabáh can dodge an unseen attack.
  • Determination: Kabáh will not back down, no matter how close he is to death.
Powers: Kabáh's mecha, Ek Chuah, can generate elemental blasts after a period of charging.
Any additional explanation will come from mid-battle exposition.

Inspired by: Legends of the Hidden Temple and other Mesoamerican mythology, but mostly Legends of the Hidden Temple

Backstory: Kabáh Tezu was the son of Kirk and Maya Tezu, two of his world's most well-known archaeologists. Naturally, Kabáh was expected to follow in his parents footsteps, and he was eager to do so. However, on his first solo dig, he uncovered a hidden temple, where a large silver statue of a monkey sat. After showing his parents his incredible discovery, he continued to delve deeper into the Temple, until he found a large stone Olmec head, albeit one with no vertex. Upon closer examination, Kabáh found that it was a functioning mecha, the likes of which he had only read about in fiction. His parents suggested that he put it to good use, so he entered the Virtual War Pandimensional Fighting Tournament, with hopes of showing the multiverse just what he can do. Now, however, he's just wishing he'd backed out.

Claws- Sharp claws that can scratch anything including diamond.
Abilities:
Cloud Atlas- Creates a giant smokescreen made up of water vapor and ice crystals that can potentially impair the sight of the opponent.
Clockwork Hearts- Helnekin take out his heart (A Glass Container with Purple smoke inside) and sends it somewhere on the battlefield. This allows Helnekin to survive no matter how much damage he receives. However, if the heart is found and destroyed, Helnekin dies. Works well with Cloud Atlas.
Lamb of God- Helnekin sings a sacred song of the angels that can be harmful to non-angels. However, the song drastically drains Helnekin's reserve energy and, if used for too long, can leave Helnekin extremely tired and unable to continue. Average time of use is around 5 seconds.

Weapon: None. [Special rules regarding physical combat]
Abilities: Capable figher. Excelent strategist.
Powers:
  • Persona Contract: By having the ability to use Persona manifestations, he has a reinforced (buffered) body and supernatural strength and speed. These traits lends themselves to good fighting balance against supernatural powered beings and are in effect only during combat phase, while the manifestations are active. The extent of the resistance, strength and speed increases is related to the active Persona. Stronger Personas yield stronger effects and only the active Persona has the physical enhancement applied.
  • Wild Card: Being unbound to the Arcana, he is able to switch Personas at will. The amount of Personas he's capable of hosting within his soul is limited, and only one can be active at any given time. He's capable of merging his personas into new ones and summoning entirely new ones from the depths of his mind and soul, but at any time he can have at most 3 different ones available.
  • Legendary Skills: Particular Personas carry particular powers. As such, using an fire aligned Persona grants the ability to manipulate, create, resist, absorb and reflect fire to various degrees. His ranged powers derive directly from the skills gained from this, taking the shape of elemental blasts of power, varied status increases and decreases and even physical techniques inherited from the legendary manifestations.

Battles Fought: 2
Date Destroyed: January 20th, 2013

Explanation area:
Code: Select all
First, as the description is quite vague and intentionally so. I'll be referencing the Shin Megami Tensei universe gratuitously. Yes, my character can do pretty much anything he wants. But I limited him to Persona-Format, 3-Personas Wild Card. What that means is I can have 3 different sets of skills to make use of. The load out is mutable, so I can go into a battle with a certain 3, the next with different 3.

As a rule: I'll list the 3 Personas' names and ability types as a preface in the first post of any given fight I go in. And for that fight, I'll only have these 3. I'll not make use of Fusion/Summoning new Personas mid fight. That's the justification to switch loadouts in-between fights.

That said, what to expect from the Personas is basically passive strength/speed/resistance boosts proportional to the Persona in question and magic. Which doubles as my ranged combat type. Melee is punching and overall martial arts. If I can get my hands on a weapon, I may use it (Decent Fighter) and super special skills that involve specific weapons count as a magic manifestation. For example: instead of casting a blast of fire, I cast a spear that I use for that one move and it then disappears the same way the magic fire would have dissipated.

As far as "proportional" strength goes, say I'm using a Pixie and punch Vic's titan. Shame on my arm, that's now broken for doing so. If, on the other hand I'm using something like Bishamonten, well, my hand will not be broken. It might even make the titan flinch if I do it right.

I'll add a note to Resistance that, even if I'm on Pixie, you're not one-hit-killing me. It'll hurt like hell, I'll have to fall back and switch into something stronger (if available) and won't be able to take much of a beating, but it's still supernatural resistance to one degree or another. Same applies for speed, I'll be basically on the level of keeping up with anything around normal-fast, unless you have super-speed. In which case I'll need a super-speed Persona up to be able to at least keep track. This also depends a lot, but don't think "human, I just outrun you and you're dead, next fight".

For the specific magic powers, see Alice in the first RP.
No, to be honest, I'll be using the skills and spells from SMT in general, again, limited to the ones available to the active Persona, so unless I'm using Alice herself, there will be no Die For Me spells being fired. Generically speaking: Elemental power violence, the odd Almighty power that ignores all defense/reflection/absorption but it's rare enough that most of the time I won't have the necessary Persona on me, and physical damage overdrives of varied sorts. Oh, and there is Healing as well. But again, a healing inclined Persona is not very good to actually defeat people with. You can work the logistics of having one in the team and what that would entail in the big picture.

Lastly, affinities change. Alice reflects Darkness. So, if I'm using Alice and you fire a dark-aligned skill at me, be prepared to eat it back. On the other hand, she's weak to Light, so if you're a Paladin and I brought her along, I'm pretty much limited to the other 2 or risking a lot of pain. If I switch to another Persona, I also switch affinities, so I might be immune to some stuff for a while, then once I switch I'm no longer immune and might even be vulnerable to that.

Just for reassurance, I'll not be spamming high level Personas all the time. If I did I'd go Metatron, Purple Mirror and Titania and unless you're broken you'd not get a finger on me. If you are broken you might live to the second post. I might even establish a rule to never use the same personas 2 fights in a row if you want me to. And again, all the relevant information about the Personas will be supplied before the fight actually starts, so no one will actually have to fight blind, although the characters might be blind and never knowing what I'll pull off.

To address the brokeness: Yeah, I know I can just pick up skillsets to counter my adversary each match. I'm aware. But with this profile, I can't pull off anything outside using what I choose in the first post, whereas if I went with my previous shapeshifter plan I could pull off those switches into suitable skillsets at any point mid fight. With the current model at least the players won't be fighting me not knowing what skills my character has available. The characters still have no way to know until I actually do stuff. And I limited myself to 3. Normally, Wild Cards are limited to 8. If I went in with 8 there would probably be no weaknesses in my full combined skill list unless I deliberately made the selection to be flawed.

This should be fun :D

Username: JR

Build: medium (average human)

Lawgiver: A large handgun capable of shooting rounds of any bullet possible (standard bullet, hot shot, ricochet, incendiary, armour piercing, hi explosive, stun, exorcist and rapid fire). Can run out of magazines depending on how used it is.
Pixel Katana: Summoned by hand commands, the pixel katana (or pixeltana) is a katana made up of pixels used for sword fighting. Residues of pixels often fall off the katana when swung around and is an effective sword for fighting.

Abilities:
Fast Reaction Time: Reacts rather fast to actions by anyone around him, allowing for quick dodges and attacks.
Genre Savvy: Can correctly predict any scenario possible based on his observations and deductions and acts accordingly.

Powers:
Temporary Reality Warping: Can warp reality to a small extent in his favour when he is in his full strength. He is still annoyed that he can't have the full power but knows it would be unfair to the others.
Energy Manipulation: Uses the energy source Mana (known as Life Energy) for attacks and shields and can track anything through an energy signature.
Technopathy: Can control technology to his own accord, explaining how he made the lawgiver and pixel katana.

Date Created: 15/1/2013

Now I know he seems overpowered but with what I'm against, it doesn't even compare. ;)

Username: (The) Duck
Build: Small 2
Weapon: A frisbee (This doubles as a ranged weapon-- by throwing it-- and as a handheld weapon-- by smacking people with it. He holds it in his bill.)
Abilities:
  1. Straight Man-- Takes events in stride, no matter how shocking or absurd.
  2. Captain Obvious-- Is able to notice and point out the glaringly obvious, when it passes everyone else by (or even when it doesn't).

Powers:
  1. SEP Field-- Although the Duck cannot become actually invisible, people find it incredibly difficult to convince their minds to acknowledge his presence. (See Douglas Adams' explanation of the Somebody Else's Problem Field.)
  2. Absurdism Magnet-- When afraid or endangered, the Duck subconsciously summons absurd events and/or persons, which tend to distract and/or amuse whatever is threatening him.
  3. Internal Retcon/Laser-Guided Amnesia-- The Duck is able to retcon events from his life such that he (and, presumably, he alone) will have absolutely no memory of these events.

Username: Sicon (It's just supposed to be us playing a game, after all....)

Build: Medium (Medium two upon full shift. See powers.)

Weapon: One hand and a half straight sword with a double edged blade.

Soulblade: His sword. A construct formed of the core concept of his existence, its structure reacts to his own powers and outside forces as his body does, and is, for all intents and purposes, and extension of such. Is very hard to actually damage, and damage to the blade can be repaired through his magic with little trouble. The blade has no powers of its own, and when his magic is dormant it is merely a strong, sharp sword. However, when his magic is active it responds accordingly to outside forces.

Abilities:
Eye for Destruction: A strong combat amplification ability. It allows him to grasp and understand his opponents' weaknesses and how best to use them to his advantage, even in the midst of a fast paced battle. He can see the ebb and flow of combat with ease, allowing for superhuman feats of awareness, reaction speed, and skill by predicting and anticipating moves so that it almost seems like he can see the near future. This is possible to partially counter directly via a superior active ability, if someone has such a thing, but as it comes from the core concepts of his existence, all of its effects cannot be removed. (Example: Even if you manage to obfuscate your weaknesses, he will still continue to be a supernaturally good combatant.)

Conceptual Awareness: Though a weak one, due to his partial humanity, he is still an avatar of a concept, and can therefore 'see' other concepts, though this ability is less sight than it is a mere awareness of their existence, type, and effect.

Powers:
Concept Bearer - Destruction: His existence is fused with the concept of destruction. This does not mean he has total manipulation of it, as he was originally human and thus cannot reach that level currently. However, he still wields significant power, and is able to use his concept on nearby matter. His range is short, and mostly relies on physical contact to first release the concept. The maximum range of the effect is limited by the state of the matter he releases it into. Gaseous matter is too spread out to transmit an attack far, while solid matter can carry the power with comparative ease, allowing him to, for instance, detonate the ground around him in a large explosion. Speaking of which, the effect of his concept usually results in large explosions, as his favored method is inducing instability into a substance by inserting large amounts of energy into it. (Example: A small scale nuclear fusion reaction initiated by using large amount of energy to hurl molecules into each other with the force necessary for fusion.)

Conceptual Defense: Obviously, detonating large explosions that you are literally in physical contact with is a really stupid idea... for most people. However, due to the concept he bears, his body can absorb harmful energy, such as the thermal and kinetic energy released from his explosions. This cheapens the cost of his powers somewhat, and stops him from being damaged by his own attacks, as well as providing a tough defense against outside assaults, such as projectile attacks, which stop instantly upon contact as their kinetic energy is drained. (This does not refer to 'magical' energy exactly, but it can take action against the effects of such if they are physical, such as the heat generated by a magic laser. This doesn't help much blocking the actual magical force behind the attack, but only mitigates side effects. The only exception is if the spell in question is also inherently linked to the same concept as him, though it them becomes a matter of relative strength.) Note: This is considered a passive ability normally, but he can actively choose to partially disable it, if for some reason he wants it to be so, for instance, to be propelled by an explosion.

Avatar of Destruction (Sealed): A super form of sorts. As he draws further and further upon his power, he begins to transcend a human state and become an embodiment of his concept. It begins as an almost not-there aura shaped like his fully released form overlayed over his physical form, that cannot quite be viewed in its entirety. His Conceptual Defense and the destructive power/range of Concept Bearer - Destruction are enhanced, as are his physical abilities and Eye for Destruction. Can be enhanced to Avatar of Destruction (True) if doing so will not break the match. This is a built in balancing move via purposely nerfing an ability, not an attempt at a fourth ability.

Image

Avatar of Destruction (True): As it gains power, it begins to encroach upon sections of his body. As these sections are no longer human, his Conceptual Defense ability for those pieces is increased massively, and their own physical properties make them much stronger than fragile human flesh. Once this stage begins to set in, His state as a concept bearer is enhanced much further, allowing him to, with effort, wield his concept against things that are not necessarily "matter". However, this effect is not very strong, and while he can destroy artificially imbued concepts, he cannot reach the level of actual reality warping while in this state, though he can preform minor and temporary breakages of physics by removing some natural concepts for a short time, such as attacking the distance between points a and b, allowing for a very short ranged instantaneous transportation with much effort. As his body becomes more transformed, his power rises until it is entirely engulfed and his true form is revealed. This encroachment can be sped up by the loss of sections of his body, which can be replaced with his true form, should he have time to do so. This form does not carry over between battles, and he will begin every battle with his human body.

Other Notes: I would like to request that you PLEASE avoid matching up myself and Mimsy. The results will not be pretty, and one of your domes is very probably going to be utterly annihilated in the process. Plus, whichever one of us dies will probably just get more broken next time around...

Also, my life is pretty busy right now, so I reserve the right to go dormant should I find I do not have too much time on hand.

Normal people are the easiest to manipulate. Too smart and they have an annoying tendency to catch wind of your plans, too dumb and, in the words of a certain pirate, "You can never tell when they are about to do something incredibly...stupid."

Weapon: None. Any weapon he picks up decays in his hands rapidly, time based on its size.

Abilities:
Agile- For a decomposing half-corpse-skeleton, he is surprisingly quick on his feet.
Already Dead- You cannot kill that which is already dead. You have to obliterate him. Completely.

Powers:
Bone Regeneration- When the battle begins, whatever his feet comes into contact with begins to turn to bone. The bone functions like Tiberium (tm?), turning adjacent matter into bone. Being in the presence of said bone growth allows his own bones to regenerate so quickly to the extent that snapped off limbs are not an issue. Flesh does NOT regenerate. He regains his flesh at the end of the fight by taking his foe's.

Deathly Presence- An aura of pestilence and decay pervades the air about him, spreading and slowly breaking down and decomposing organic matter whilst riddling living bodies with imnumerable plagues and diseases. The flesh he sloughs off turns to maggots which burrow through the battlefield, further spreading the gifts of death. The plague winds rise.

Absolute Terror Field: The souls of a million plague victims scream in terror at their eternal pain, a miasmatic shroud of fear so thick it is almost physical. Only with many attempts and incredible willpower can anyone endure it even for a single second.
