Only thing I'm wondering is how long I can go without revealing my Shifting ability. Between plot and my own insatiability, it won't be long, I'm sure...

You're asking me for it aren't you? You WANT me to go Evil!Alice on you, aren't you?
Protip: Don't mess with Mr. Heart.

Also, will we keep rotating the initiative?

Yuppers. Probably gonna let Never have another turn, as so far everyone has gotten two initiative turns, but it won't be a hard and fast rule. I think we will probably do it whenever narratively convenient/awesome.

Also, I don't intend to mess with Mr. Heart. Actually, I don't intend to fight at all. Sabrac is an assassin. Even if he is a near immortal one, he has no desire to get into pointless fights where his presence is already known, especially since he was promised what he really wanted, an explanation of what was happening, for leaving. He is going to find the voice claiming that he will actually DIE amusing.

Anyway, prepare for You Shall Not Pass to ensue. Also, possibly the most epic Offhand Backhand ever. Of all time.

Also. My last post was just the 1000th post on this thread.

Which in turn makes it the ⑨⑨⑨th reply...

How fitting. This can only mean one thing, ladies and gentlemen.

Namely, that...

For example, the only reason Marisa's spellcards could "kill" the knights and stuff was because they weren't alive/sentient to begin with. (Since spells work on Alice's dolls in the fighting games and in Stage 3 of Perfect Cherry Blossom, I'm assuming this loophole exists.)

On the other hand, she'd be able to precisely control the damage to home in on her targets, effectively allowing her to cripple a target with an unspeakably ridiculous hail of bullets AT WILL.

I know, though I'm still trying to beat Touhou 6 so I don't really know the story... I know most of it is either fanon or outer source like the manga... But I didn't want to read too much before beating a game or three...

But what I meant was more of a Marisa bombards the whole place with 1024 bullets and 2 sweeping lasers. Alice relases a sipralling net of 512 bullets around her: Everyone will be hit and injuried and the fight didn't even really start yet.

Pretty much. Touhou's collateral damage level is pretty great, isn't it?

Hum... That actually sounds like a good idea now that I think about it... Alice nearly kills everyone once, Marisa teaches her how to use a power limiter so she does not go around nearly murdering everyone every three turns... Hum...

That's not colateral damage. That's when they hold back to reduce colateral damage. Yes, it is awesome.

We should all make sure to do compilation posts with each other from time to time, or at least PM drafts back and forth to work in synchronized actions. My brother and I, as I said, are going to pull something this next turn, but as I see opportunities I'll start asking you guys to do posts with me too.

To give you an idea of how awesome this is going to be, the BGM my brother and I just chose is called "The Dark Colossus Destroys All". If you don't want to ruin the music for yourself, don't look it up. If you want to hear it, go ahead.

Although... Just think of how well she'd get along with Alice. I think they would be best buds in NO time.

Sooo for the text turn the agenda is for everyone to react to the ginormous Sabracsplosion, and then run like hell/fight for a while before running like hell from the knights. Anyone OK with telling me which of those two options you are going to take? Hopefully I can then start drafting my post early, thereby not wasting your time while I write another Wall Of Text. (This one isn't going to be as big as the last one. I think.)

I wouldn't worry about that...

But well, for Alice there's the spells. She has the magical power to "You shall not pass" Sabrac. (Sicon, before you link me to Sabrac's awesomeness, think Pheles ^^) it's just that she has no control over how she uses it.

Calling up the full deck probably would be an effort, but not so much as to make it impossible to sustain for a fight. But she does not know how to do that... So, there's Marisa's Spellcards, the Red Wizard could teach her something... Or perhaps tag team to make a Firestorm out of his Fireball spell.

Also, Krestal has the potential to sneak A LOT of awesome in there. Shapeshifters ftw!

Another possibility would be having Marisa power her cards using an Orrieres Ritual Space or Orrieres Solar System, vastly increasing their performance and taking the toll of energizing them off of Alice. Side effects would be their spontaneously developed ability to fire potentially lethal danmaku storms, as well as increased resilience, etc.

I wasn't going to You Shall Not Pass you guys. I'm going to do it on the knights and such as a delaying action. And also because Fridge Logic says I have to do it... but you will see what I mean by that when it gets back to my turn.

Alice is still kind of shocked from the last fight... I... Need to think a bit.
I could use the opportunity to call up Die for Me now that everyone will be running away. So that I don't force anyone to deal with it and make her character a bit more active so that I can actually follow the plot without resorting to "Follow the Cow"... In that case Sabrac will feel a pretty solid power drain. Not that it'll affect his overall power as his power is spread over a gigantic area, but the power around Alice would vanish before flowing back after the spell, so I probably should warn you if I plan to do that.

Like I said, the magical reserves from Alice are huge. If we get to work together on a spell you probably could shape up that combo. Only at the risk of having your soul drawn out from your body. Pretty neat huh?

Well, I think I'm gonna head for bead. I got work to get to in the morning, so I'll be back in about 12 to 14 hours. Before I go to sleep I'm going to plot the next scene out. Xana, if you are still here, so the knights with this wave share the previous ones' magic resistance? How about the dragons? I won't even bother to ask about the obvious named character.

I have an encyclopedic knowledge of a lot of series, the Nasuverse being the most prominent, but Pokemon is way to big for even me to try to learn all the rules. Can you just give me a rundown on what to expect stat wise?
