Final note to neverslender. If you want to shift over the initiative, you can do it this round. For instance, you could try to pursue those Fearows to figure out whee MewTwo is, or just blow them out of the sky and come around to get ready to blast the midboss. Then shane can start off the midboss round two. And yes, there IS a round two, despite how I beat the sh*t out of him. He hasn't done everything he can do by a long shot, and he has a way to bypass the Stigma I put on him. Sort of.

Anyway, I think Xana has another GM post to do, so don't post till he says it's OK regardless.

Who knows. I'm thinking I shouldn't have terminated my channeling of Mima, though. That would have been helpful. Meh. Oh well. I still have another attack that was derived from the PC-98 era, has ridiculous destructive power, and even has a .gif image in anime style for me to use! Fun!

On another note, just so everyone knows, Marisa is going to steal this guy's outfit after we beat him. Because Touhouvania Marisa.

Hey, Xana, how are you planning on running this boss fight? Should we play so that each person takes control of him like I did? That might be cool. It would allow for extended fight scenes. On the other hand, you know his power set better than us, so if we treat him like a player with you controlling him to respond to attacks with GM posts spread between each of ours...

What do you think we should do?

On a side note, I'm pretty sure either Mimsy or Sicon's attacks would have taken out the slaves.

Why do you think Marisa had all of them run away first? Also, Mima-Risa's attacks were all mostly controlled. The Earthlight Ray she used at the first blew up the ground in the quarry itself, but the slaves had gotten to higher ground by then. The Bouncing Stardust that followed was a homing attack comprised of countless low-powered Danmaku, in boss style, if you will, compared to Marisa's usual giant laser spam, so there was no danger of it hitting the slaves. Then the Orrieres Solar Field attack was telekinetically controlled, and the last gigantic explosion was just a pillar of light that consumed most of the rest of the quarry and didn't obliterate anything beyond that.

On a side note, I'm pretty sure either Mimsy or Sicon's attacks would have taken out the slaves.

The landslide wasn't really an attack from me. In any case, most of the rubble crashed into the large quarry pit. When you have a quarry of this size, you end up with this really large hole where all the rock comes from, you know? That was against the side of the mountain, so when the landslide got to the base, all of it dropped off into the quarry pit, whereas the humans had fled from Marisa back into the edge of the woods mentioned in Xana's post.

Other than the landslide, I only used basic level attacks and swordsmanship skills.

I think everyone should have their own version of him as they attack. I also suggest team-up attack and posts. Make sure everyone gets a fair attack in on someone.

Sabrac is mildly annoyed because the guy subverted his Stigma, which is really pissed off for anybody else. If anyone is up for a tag team, I'm ready to roll.

I'm not really sure what I can do in a team fight... To be honest... But. Alice does not leave a target alive... And I couldn't instakill a boss without leaving room for everyone to have a shot... That's why I set it up so that I'll be dueling Mastimas. Whoever get's him, team fights with me...

I think that the best synergy is with Marisa or Red, though. Master Spark + Megido... Or Alice's power to overload Red's spells... Sabrac is mildly annoyed at Jericho... Meaning he's hunting that creep to the end of the metaverse just because. So it's not very likely for him to show up aganit Mastimas.

Also, the ever growing post lenght nas nothing to do with Marisa and Sabrac.

I'm willing to team up with just about anyone. I come up with all these fight scenes mostly on the spot anyhow. If you and my brother decide not to, I'll start working with you in my post.

You are right before me. That sets us up for a pretty good tag team. If you think that'd be cool we can easily work something out. If you want to team up with someone else, go right ahead.
