Watch the Footage

Now, I'm not really a tabletop gamer, but I have done some small RPs on deviantArt before, and they were fun.

So I've been getting kind of interested in the Call of Cthulhu RP, because it seems interesting and fun. I first found out about it during my little visit to the Shotguns Are Just Better page.

It seems cool, and I've been reading Lovecraft's book lately, which are awesome.

Could somebody explain the rules to me?
