http://www.tattoostime.com/images/247/t ... ersign.jpgPersonality: When it benefits and feeds her, Evilen will flock and work with other people. But the moment she’s had her fill, she leaves. She will work for anyone, but she does not trust the larger birds that are likely to try to hurt her. Survival is more important than justice. If you leave her alone, she’ll leave you alone. If you hurt her, she’ll hurt you until you relent.
Backstory: Evilen knew her place from the start of her life. She was the lowest of the low in Askinov. She would never live in a house higher than the shadow of the mountains in the slums, and she couldn’t do anything about it. So, when she was 16, she made the decision that if she couldn’t live in the flash of the city, she would fly above it. And fly she did. She changed her name and took her running skills to the roof of the city. Operating by herself she works for anyone with money, delivering messages with incredible speed. Nowhere is too difficult for her to get to, and no amount of traffic will stop her from getting to her destination. It was at 21 that her first request as an assassin came in. She was hired by a mysterious dragon to kill a visiting prince from another city. She succeeded, but a price.
She had trusted one man alone in her entire life. Charlie was a Bear she had befriended at 13. Together they had fought off a crowd of boys harassing them. They had been sparing buddies and confidants. When he turned 16, he joined the City Militia, making their friendship harder to keep. But somehow they managed to keep it, whether through notes or secret meetings. Once, they went 6 whole months communicating with only a silver and green bead, passing it off to each other when they could just to tell the other that they loved them.
Three days after her first assassination, she waited in her planned spot for Charlie. He did not come. She would not find out about his execution until two weeks later. The charges were falsified and the trial lasted 10 minutes. Evilen nearly starved in grief, until one day, sitting on the top of a tower in the Flash, she stood against the rising sun and swore to never let anything affect her the way the loss of Charlie did. With no more ties to anyone, she leaped into her work as a messenger by day and an assassin by night. No one could touch her. The only way to stop her would be to kill her.
