(skipping Dryunya's answer because I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "start charging yah lazer". I know the meme, but I don't know how I'd interpret it. Sorry, Dryu.)
5. Blurred_9L: Knock the guy out while he's turned around.
1d5 = 1: Do a headstand.

Bam! Your plan worked; he's gone to check the window, and has his back turned on you, just as planned. Now comes the most delicate part of the operation. You only have one shot at this, so you need to be careful.
Slowly and quietly, you ease yourself down to the middle of the bed. Turning around, you place your head where the head-end of the bed meets the wall, and place your hands palm-down on either side. You straighten your legs and make a vaguely triangular shape with your body composing two sides of the triangle and the bed being the other.
Steady...
You slowly move your feet towards you and start to raise them in the air. The bed is not the best place for doing a headstand, and your weak condition right now isn't helping, but having the support of the wall will help you a lot.
"Okay, what do you think you're doing?"
"Doing a headstand."
You can't tell what his reaction is right now; you're too busy concentrating. He does sound a little unnerved, though.
"I... I really think you could do with some nice, good rest."
"I'll come down in a second."
You're nearly there, after all. Just a little bit more lift and...
...you did it! You've executed your master plan. What you can remember of it right now, anyway. You're sure the rest of it will come later.
You're also feeling even dizzier than you did before, and decide that having your head upside-down for that long probably wasn't such a good idea. You exit your headstand and raise your hands in the air, just like a true gymnast would, then collapse onto the bed and pass out.
...
When you next wake up, you've been moved into another room, but this one seems to be empty. (Or at least, if it isn't, people are being very quiet.) You feel a lot better now, and you try to recall what happened. You remember something about this place not being the hospital, but you can't quite remember if anything else happened. Maybe I had a concussion? Heck, you can't even trust your own memory of someone saying this isn't the hospital. But you do know what the hospital sounds like, and you know that this is... different somehow.
So if this place isn't the hospital, where is it?
You think you're feeling well enough to explore this place. You're worried about your DinoBuddy, and you also kind of want to work out what this is all about, and whether you're in a Government facility or not.
You carefully get off the bed and make a quick reconnaissance of the room. There's a computer desk with various drawers (but oddly enough, no computer); there's a window, there's a bed, and then there's the doorway, which presumably leads to the rest of this... place.
What would you like to do first?

(Gah, this sounds so much like I'm just rebooting the scene, doesn't it? I'm sorry, I honestly didn't intend it that way, but rereading it it does seem like it. Everything is still canon, however, and may come up in future episodes. Besides, I'm tired now and don't really have the energy to re-edit it right now, so there you go.)
