Not specifically but the appearance has just sort of evolved from person to person.
It's a residential neighbourhood with shops on the other side of the road, one of which is apparantly an old fashioned cobbler. The house itself has a rusted gate and peeling paint doors. It's pretty run down and ugly looking, but the damage seems msotly superficial, it's not derelict. The inside seems to be fairly alright.

Legends based around them: Vampires, Werewolves, fairies, zombies, and any other humanoid creature of legend can be linked back to a spirit type freak
Monster Type Freak: These take on many different forms, they are the nightmares of humanity and some have existed for thousands of years. One popular theory states that they were meant to be the top of the food chain but due to humanities faster birth rate and knowledge were pushed back. This theory is supported by ancient weapons found in tombs all around the world. These weapons seem much more advanced then what we even have today. It is believed that ancient societies were destroyed by the last remaining Freaks causing humanity to take thousands of steps back. Myths based on them: Dragons, Demons, all creature of a monstrous base in myth
