Um. Isn't that specified on each of our character sheets?

I believe I was udner the impression we had more than one person signing up for roles and that roles would be picked...

The only one with multiple roles was the Cat, and Xana arranged in the GM post that his spirit was split in two, so they're both contracted with him, no twins necessary.

Am I last to post in-story since I was the last to put up a character sheet?
The voices in my head tell me that we saved the world. However, they also told me that George Clooney's face is on the dollar bill, so... meh. The voices are more fun, anyway.

Cool, but it won't be now, since I've still got another class today. In about an hour and a half, I should be free to do whatever.

I would like to remind you all that this is not the discussion thread, and request that a mod move this back to the real discussion thread so that our character sheets remain alone. /OCD

Anyway, I'll be posting soon. Mimsy is waiting for Scarab so he can creep the sh*t out of her, though.

Given the character I'm playing, I'm waiting until the rest of the team has posted. I have the idea basically laid out, and it's nothing unusual, but I'm still waiting until everyone else has posted. makes sense to me personally, if not narratively, that Alice should appear last. Mimsy can creep me out AFTER he's made his first post.

PS: Could we please rename this thread to the Chain Wars Discussion thread or something? I know everyone basically knows what it's for now, but the incongruity bugs me :P

Just go edit the opening post and make the subject Chain Wars Discussion.

By the way, some continuity notes:

Guyshane is searching for Alice around the time of the lunch break, while Agora, Mimsy, and myself are in the Junior level morning physics class. Weird time setup, I know. :/

Alice is set around about the same time as the first lesson. Somebody's late for class, which I suppose could be a hint.

Since I have seen no comments, I'm gonna assume the huge joke I set up in Lawrence's post went over most people's heads. Don't really blame you. Essentially, it was a very subtle nod to Katawa Shoujo, which is a VN in which if you do not pick a route by the end of the first part, you end up reaching a bad end with the paranoid but awesome lunatic friend you have, Kenji. The gag was that not only did Lawrence avoid tripping every single arc start flag that occurred in quick succession, he ALSO avoided the Kenji stand-in and therefore avoided the BAD END flag as well. :P

Soooooo which ending would he get if he bypassed all of them? The one where he breaks the game? :P

I'll work on my post tomorrow probably... just heads-up, I may need/want one of the girls (i.e., female contractor) and/or Mimsy as a "scene partner". So if you're willing to be onscene for Daniel's post, please let me know, and we'll talk...

And Daniel apparently has a flair for sweeping girls off their feet. (And no, that line is not going to get old for me.)

Lovely. I have so much to work with, now. I was having trouble coming up with a scene to introduce Lori with.
