Pacing? How to tell when/how often you need to make GM posts, what kind of unrelated-to-main-arc sideplots you want to throw in there to keep things interesting...

Hint: don't railroad or deux ex machina anything unless you're going for plot-heavy stuff, and if you're going plot-heavy, just turn the damn thing into a book already. :P
So, apparently I'm the sanest madman this side of the international date line. Seems legit.

This Wednesday around 1:00-1:30 starting I will be holding a new RP lecture. The main topics will be 'Horror levels in RP's' and 'Managing power of players' If you want other topics post em here.

What about puzzle levels and difficulty curve (I think this isn't the correct term, but I forgot it)? Could you talk about one of those?
