Oh look, Adell wins everything yet again. Who is surprised? XD

Seriously, we should eventually create a sprite game with our avatars. I just need to remind myself what the heck I'm doing and find the programs I would need again. Hopefully for a reasonable amount of money. >.< I couldn't program the game itself, but I could help that way. If I ever get around to starting again.

I'm learning how to do that, so, after the next 2 and half years, I could help fully. In the meantime, not so much...

I'm trying to figure out if another +1 on top of the pile already here is worth anything, but oh well. Excellent work, Adell! (Now they just need to fight some cows...)

Adell always wins everything ^_^

That would be... an INSANE ammount of work, Sicon. :? I'm not sure it's fully sunk in just how crazy huge an ammount of labour that game would be, I'm serious. Take it from somebody who's actually made an animation before, and worked on the team creating another. The sprites and programming time alone is rediculous and then there's level design, character redesign, artwork, level design, scripting, storyboarding, turn abouts, colour palettes, never mind actually learning the animation software nessecary to create a game and... jeeze.

...

Okay, granted... I'm not saying it's impossible or unwanted... ;) I juast want you guys to see this would be a major workload if we did do it.

Scarab, this is Sicon we're talking about. He may very well know just how much work it would entail. I just doubt he CARES.

I'm familiar with just how long it takes to make four to ten seconds of animation, such as for an RPG attack. Once I got a full sprite sheet for whatever characters I would be using, things would speed up a bit, but yes, it would still take a while.

I think I can deal with the programming, anyway, the thing is I'll probably try this sooner or later, so I guess if you guys are into it, it would end up being a lot more easier than if I had worked alone.

So yeah, if this ever gets done, count me in... somehow :P

Okay this? This I am PROUD of. The pencils for a sort of vague interpretation of the scene from Quest 14: Flame War, IslaKariese's Pan and Pixelmage's Julius take on the Minotaur and escape (barely) with their lives. It came from a statue, so I tried to make it look sorta stoney...

No I have no idea what they're both looking at... well Julius is looking at Pan, she's sorta mid turn. Ohh welll thats'w aht inks are for after all. :D

Well, a bit of sad news.

Tera and Endless requested a drop on quest 12, due to timing issues they won't be able to write in time. But since the quest is tailored to having a mage and a scout, we're short on mages for the turn, so we'll reassign the quest on the next turn, closing the current one with only 3 quests and repeating that one for the next turn.

I'd like to have it on the record that I know better ways of herding cattle. Ben, however, doesn't. :D

Oh, and Ben's totally available to help anyone else get more cows back if you're interested, though I have to admit that her methods are kind of... odd.

Well, I've finally thought of a full name for Pan: Timpani Aria Saterne. Her last name finally came to me after Rabbie drew her picture. Her interpretation on Pan's staff looks like the planetary symbol for Saturn, the Roman god of harvest, and that fits the whole earth/forest/air theme I've been trying to build up for her. So thanks, Rabbie! :D

It's also a very feminine, flowery name. Which is why she goes by the much more masculine 'Pan.' :P
