Quest 4 Rewards:
Fade-- a simple, rough hooded cloak.
Anjali-- a couple of unadorned hairpins. Useful for tucking back stray locks, or-- in a pinch-- opening up the other kind of locks.

Okay people. ^_^ you did it! you passed the 1st floor without dying.
It's about to get horribly difficult. I feel bad for you. really, I do.

Any who, onto boring explanations! *mumbleallthefunstuffgoestopixelmumble* Kidding of course, these are important and need to be explained properly for future missions. So, I'll go in order of who posted, their rewards, and what those rewards grant them.

Adell/Qara-Xuan Zenith

Adell gets a simple necklace, while Qara gets a ring. Both of these wonderful fashion accessories will become more important as the game progresses and more options are unlocked. (i.e. enchantments and potions) So, to be perfectly clear, for the moment they are wearing perfectly normal jewelry pieces, nothing special about them, yet.

Pixelmage/eli_gone_crazy

oh hey, it's your favorite neighborhood GM's. :P Pixel gets a simple burlap cape, and I get hairpins. which may or may not be lockpicks. shhhhhhjhhhh The cape should be self-explanatory, but it acts as a character tool for Pixel and Fade.

Pix here: Yes Mimsy, Scissors. Considering that you just got a full guild of NPC thieves to work as an information network as a story point, you can now justify being Crazy Prepared. Consider that your reward, the scissors is merely a symbol. And too good a joke to let slide.

Narra, you get two lovely daggers to help protect yourself from madmen in white coats. and security guards.

Endless, Blur, you guys get wolf pelts. Make note that you can update/upgrade this later, into something more awesome. :D

Well, I knew you were busy, so you're in the last step, that way you get more time to work on it. But you can start writing now and move slowly. What you have to do is standalone, you'll only have to note anything regarding the leader's state before you post and that's it, everything else is standalone.

As for the question... Wizards. :geek:

They have basic tactics and know which direction the pointy end is supposed to go. :P But, they're by no means masters of subterfuge.
Say, 2 against one? Surround and poke from both sides.
Think up an overly complicated plan to use the terrain as a trench and fight like a roman legion? Nope, not really.

Or maybe you get even more shiny and it distracts the leader too... Who knows what will happen? :P
