UPD: Pyro has suggested that it might be a Youtube link. That seems to be getting somewhere, as Youtube video IDs are exactly 11 characters long. However, that video is unavailable.![]()
UPD2: Apparently, the "this video is unavailable" is Youtube's equivalent of error 404, so that video does not exist, not blocked. If we are to follow that path further, maybe we should assume the link is scrambled.
UPD3: Trying it backwards, or blockwise-backwards (joJzn-KnOKy) doesn't work, either. I'll try all the block combinations, but that will have to wait until the evening.
Also, I've found that changing the last character in a Youtube link sometimes leads to the same video.

The link leads to a gif with a hand showing 1-3-5 (I have checked - it indeed starts with 1).
There was also a deleted tweet with the same content, but the link led to the same image on Photobucket. Since we are not supposed to see this, I'll keep the link to myself unless for now (and it's not like there was any new content in there).
So. We have 3 short tweets, 1 tweet with 3 pieces of jibberish, and a hand with 3 numbers. I assume we have a complete puzzle. At least, it's about time we actually made any progress.
UPD: Eh, it's almost too easy. I tried brute-forcing a Caesarean shift on it, because why the hell not, and it turns out those numbers are inverted Caesarean cipher keys (-1 mod 26 = 25, -3 mod 26 = 23, -5 mod 26 = 21).
The tweet translates to "Listen, understand, repeat."
My theory: the weird tweets are supposed to be a "verbal charade" - if we say them aloud properly, we get an actual word(s), which is (are) the code.

Off the top of my head:
- "nOKy" kinda sounds like "no key".
- No idea what "zn-K" is supposed to sound like.
- "joJ" sorta sounds like "judge".
Also, there were no new tweets for the last 2 days, so I assume it's our turn to push the plot forward.

Arc Words: "joj," and "sus."
