I can't see a pattern yet. Both are 4-byte strings (dwords), aren't particularly interesting if converted to decimal or from base64. Tried Caesar cipher for good measure. I hate to say this, but I still need more data, even though waiting is all we've been doing.

Maybe those are the code pieces... If so, what's the point of just telling us the code?

UPD: Pyro has suggested that it might be a Youtube link. That seems to be getting somewhere, as Youtube video IDs are exactly 11 characters long. However, that video is unavailable.
UPD2: Apparently, the "this video is unavailable" is Youtube's equivalent of error 404, so that video does not exist, not blocked. If we are to follow that path further, maybe we should assume the link is scrambled.
UPD3: Trying it backwards, or blockwise-backwards (joJzn-KnOKy) doesn't work, either. I'll try all the block combinations, but that will have to wait until the evening.

Also, I've found that changing the last character in a Youtube link sometimes leads to the same video.

UPD: Eh, it's almost too easy. I tried brute-forcing a Caesarean shift on it, because why the hell not, and it turns out those numbers are inverted Caesarean cipher keys (-1 mod 26 = 25, -3 mod 26 = 23, -5 mod 26 = 21).

The tweet translates to "Listen, understand, repeat."

My theory: the weird tweets are supposed to be a "verbal charade" - if we say them aloud properly, we get an actual word(s), which is (are) the code.

I got annoyed at the lack of progress, and pestered Kays into helping me look at the codes again.

We brute forced it from there, plugging in random combinations into Youtube, imgur, and twitter until Kays got this URL to work.

I checked - basically, each of those keys I found earlier was applied to the corresponding weird tweet. Concatenated, the decrypted weird tweets gave us a Youtube link.
I have to say, that was quite a stretch. Now track who the hints came from.

Now give me some time to pixel-hunt it.
