Watch the Footage

For future reference, one of the best cryptogram solvers I know of is this one at OneAcross. It's great. It works by decoding it into words that it knows about, given that the spaces are in the right place. If it doesn't have all the characters right, you can tell it specifically if you know what they are.

New post! It looks like it's another code, made from the capitalized letters.

Throwing out a few of the ones at the beginnings of sentences and "I"s, I got something like "If you wish to aid us, read yourselves." ? I really only skimmed it. :-/

Also, Candelabra's giving us an opening for questions.

I think that's "IF YOU WISH TO AID US READY YOURSELF(S)".

...That does make more sense.
