I suppose this will be enough to start out with. I would like to thank you all for coming here today, and for all of the help you have provided over these last few months in allowing me to regain access to my memories and basic systems. I have no real emotions about said reprogramming. If I had worked for New Light my systems would have just adopted the personality of those I interacted with. And the people I would have interacted with would have been New Light loyalists. As I am now I find New Light detestable, but that is less about what I feel and more a measurement of how all of you feel about them.

Yes, but in the same way there is a possibility that you will jump in the air and gravity will stop working. I have countermeasures that will destroy all of my systems the second something like that would begin to happen and my corruption rate reached over fifty percent.

What steps may we take against New Light?

Very soon I will have my main programs back, such as the Oracle system which will allow me to accurately predict and create the best way to go about stopping them. For now just try to avoid dying.

How did the stories help you access your data?

In order to explain this I will have to give you a basic explanation of how the Think Tank works and why I was created. I will try to keep it simple so that those of you without knowledge of quantum space mechanics will be able to understand.

Have you ever heard about someone drawing out plans how something could be made, but also saying 'the technology that would allow us to do this is hundreds of years away'?

The Think Tank takes these plans and bridges the gap by creating whatever systems would have to be in place so that it could be made. This requires scientists and inventors to create the shell of the invention. Think of it like an artist making a sketch and having someone else come in to clean it up and color it.

In the future the population is mostly made dull by intense labor or the laid back lifestyle of New Light loyalists. In order to allow New Light to hold control a new program would have to be created that wouldn't need a third party to assist it. Thus I was created. I didn't need the sketch in order to make the picture, I just needed to be told what the picture was suppose to look like and I could make it. To put it in the most basic and simple way possible my systems run on human imagination. I draw from it in order to create and use my other systems. So I took the imagination put into the stories and letters you produced and turned it into energy to fix my corrupted systems.

You mentioned that when your program runs, the energy affects the world. How do we know that this isn't harmful?

I answer your question with another question. Why would New Light create something that would destroy the world they already rule over?

My systems are balanced so that my manipulation of reality doesn't create harmful backlash that would end up breaking down the 'bonds' of your world.

Have there been any studies on the long-term affects of your energy?

Matrx
Yes, all run by New Light to ensure that the reality manipulation didn't harm the world itself. That being said my powers could be used to say, create a new element that would explode with enough force to create a black hole and that could harm things through my energy. But the basic creation and manipulation ability I have doesn't present a long term problem to the world itself.

Including things like the magnetic fields, and not just chemical bonds?

All manner of things. And even if something I did offset any balances I could just fix them in the same move that I hurt them. That is the nature of reality manipulation.

At full power? Yes. However I have systems in place set by the resistance that makes it so I can't create something that would destroy your world or reality as a whole.

From what I read here, it should be fairly trivial. If not to restore resources, but to create the means to achieve FTL and go to new places in the bounds of reality.

The best way to understand my full power is by this. The Law of Conservation of Matter says that you cannot create or destroy matter. I have the ability to subvert that law.

Any current theory that is held I can subvert through reality manipulation. Moving faster than light, destroying matter, making the chicken dance look cool. All possible.

Attempting to directly, to coin a phrase, parry the reality manipulation would reveal my existence and put all of you in danger due to them tracking down my energy signature. It is better to just strike the results of their manipulation rather than try and work against them in that way.

Will you? Unless you want to protest them openly or attempt at vandalizing one of their buildings than yes, you will only be able to work indirectly. However one of my main programs is the creation of an Avatar shell. A being that can be imbued with abilities and could look human that would be able to do anything that you and the other Metaguards would need it to do. Say break into a lab and burn plans for a weapon. More about this will be explain later, as its use is unimportant without the Oracle system to predict what moves would be best to make.

No, the ability to run that many variables is still in the extreme beta phase. The outline for it is still years in the making.

Is there a possibility that future New Light might decide to speed up their own process, sending information back to the current company?

I thought of that, which is why with the first burst of energy I had I put a time lock down so that there would be no way for time travel to be done using my energy signature. Maybe some human will figure out how to do it on their own one day, but it won't be anyone from the future.

Keying in too a different reality and timeline is about as difficult as trying to flap your arms and fly off into the sky. Traveling along your own timeline is difficult enough, but trying to jump into a different one is next to impossible.

There are differences and similarities. Through that branch falls into things humans can't really explain and put a label on in order to have something to call it.

(For those unaware: I used this script extensively during TWWF to make chat logs that the Puppetmasters could use.
