I've been around a little, but posting here. Name's Krika (Cookie for the reference), and it turns out that I can channel the "A God Am I" trope rather well, given the right circumstances.

I'm about a day or two late, but here goes.

I've been a lurker of TVTropes for just about forever. I've also watched every webisode of Echo Chamber. When I saw Mr. A's banner on the TVTropes site, I gave this place a gander and got completely overwhelmed. I'd seen other ARGs before, but they were always too difficult with tons of people doing stuff. This one is more community based and fun. And it involves literary characters.

I do have a degree in English lit (and a minor in religious studies (and a film studies certificate (and took a year-long intensive study of creative writing))) so I em enjoying interacting with the characters. Sherlock is one of my favorite characters, so I'm especially glad he's up and around. I'm American, but currently living in London trying for my Master's degree in Electronic Publishing.

Anyway, hope to have fun for the remainder of how long this goes for! (and I'm willing to help out/borrow and iphone if any echoes pop up around London).

Hello! I'm agoraoptera (and I honestly can't figure out any short-form of that that sounds relatively okay). I came here because, well, actually, I joined last night and I can't even remember how I got linked to WTF but aaaanyway, I got really caught up in the story. As an amateur writer, I find it very intriguing that the Wall is falling, so I joined. I took a look at the troper map, added myself and realised that Wild West Pyro was the only other guy in Asia. Herpaderpa. I guess not much of an Asian playerbase eh?

Also: I seem to be having trouble with my private messaging option, specifically composition. Can anyone help me with that?

Welcome! For private messaging, go to User Control Panel > Private Messaging. There's a Compose Message option on the side, but it should already come up on that tab. You could also go to a post written by the person you want to contact, and there should be an icon under their username that says 'Private message' when you mouse over and you can send them one that way.

Thanks for answering. I've found the Compose Message option, but all it tells me is "No messages". There doesn't seem to be a way to write a message. I can't find the "Private message" icon either.

The Pm icon should be right underneath the actual user icon.

The Compose Message page shouldn't have that - just a blank member box, subject box, and message box. Are you sure that's what you selected?

Hello everyone! I just joined (obviously) so I thought I would introduce myself. I came from tvtropes and have been following along since the beginning. It has been fascinating to watch things develop! I'm not sure why I finally joined since I have been losing track of what's going on lately, but hopefully I can be of some help anyway.

And now for some things that are actually about me. I am a first year college student studying biology. Probably the most accurate label that describes me is nerdfighter (DFTBA guys). I love the internet, dogs, quite a few fandoms, reading, marching band, and chocolate, among other things. Oh, and I'm a girl. I look forward to getting to know you all!
