Dwarf Fortress

I'll start to play Dwarf Fortress, and I wish to know if anyone else plays or wants to.

I'm also thinking about, after learning how to play it, to mod it and to make a community game.
Dolphins are some of the smartest animals, yes, but by human standards… Let's say you should praise the god that forces them to stay handless and underwater.

I did play before my desktop got fried. Now I don't have a numpad thanks to buying a 14" laptop, and it's a pain to try to play. So I stopped.
"Yami ni madoishi awarena kage yo
Hito o kizutsuke otoshimete,
Tsumi ni oboreshi gō no tama,
Ippen... shinde miru?"

I've heard about the game. It scares me.
So, apparently I'm the sanest madman this side of the international date line. Seems legit.

In all seriousness though, I need to finish my Minecraft project before I start on something else.
Normal people are the easiest to manipulate. Too smart and they have an annoying tendency to catch wind of your plans, too dumb and, in the words of a certain pirate, "You can never tell when they are about to do something incredibly...stupid."
