I fool them into thinking I'm one of them, and then incite them to rage against the floor boss below with clever oratory, which works due to his abundance of evil deeds. Since he is upset, he doesn't realized what is going on until far too late, and the mob captures him while I leave for the floor above.

I find myself once more on the laziness floor, because you failed to specify "it". That is fine with me. A very lazy character once said "If I don't have to do it, I won't. If I have to do it, I'll make it quick." Now, obviously the quickest thing I could do would be to just teleport up to floor 423, which I promptly do.
