Story Challenge

Welcome to Story Challenge where our motto is where there is an idea there is a story. The man purpose of this topic is to challenge players to write a 5000 word minimum story using only a basic one sentence starter. There will be a new challenge each month, winners will receive some sort of prize at the end and have their story listed as a winner on the first post of this topic (a.k.a here) winners are decided by a randomly selected tribunal of either people on the forums who aren't involved or me and my friends from rl. If you are interested then the first challenge beings now and ends a month today. So March 2nd. You can use any kind of setting and do anything you want as long as it isn't to graphic.

First challenge: A boy walks down to the corner store to get his grandmother some milk.

Bonus points given if these things end up in the story: Twist ending, giant robots, tap dancing pig

Restrictions: None all genres are available for use.

Yeah same thing different forum different people all that stuff. I really don't see what the point of posting this was other then putting it up to say don't bother with this topic. Thanks Endless

Well, I thought that since there's a topic for this, maybe someone might want to see others as well, in case your prompts don't end up sparking his or her imagination? Now, there's at least two or three times the amount of sources of inspiration than there were before.

Well, gee thanks, I just now plotted out a story for that, Xana, and of COURSE I had to include all the bonus elements because OCD. However, I don't believe it shall ever be written. Too little time...

Maybe I'll sit down and put it together for an hour or two later on this month if I get the chance, though.
