We Pyros can do that. We mastered how to do a Hadouken during World War 1. And we learned how to do the Armageddon taunt in World War 2. We learned the Phoenix technique during World War 2 as well, after a Pyro and his comrades saved an old Chinese Priest in Hong Kong during the battle in Stanley. The priest, in return, gave them food, shelter, and taught them the Phoenix technique.
