Yay and to add on:
http://roosterteeth.com/news/entry.php?id=3393926

* Volume 2 will run for twelve chapters of about twelve minutes each, and what's more, each week's web release will contain an entire chapter.
* During the 'off-weeks' there'll still be videos and new story content from the world of RWBY.
* There'll be a video production journal which will also announce the winner for the Velvet Costume contest and then follow how Velvet's new look is turned into an actual production asset, and even watch her new model get animated for the first time.

And here's the promotional art:

I should write a fanfic or something, actually. I've been musing about a plot arc involving the Schnee family Dust mines and stuff for a while now, so I might as well actually use it for something.

Though seriously, what is that stuff made of? Watermelons and sausage links are not supposed to be able to be used in the same capacity as professional fighters' deadly weapons. FDA needs to get on that.

The food in the world of RWBY is stronger than we think.

There's a very tangible difference between brain food and being brained by the food.

Ah yes the line between both is quite noticeable. Especially when using a pipe with a watermelon attached to it.

Well, the saying goes 'You are what you eat.' When the food ends up being nigh-indestructible weapons, you tend to get what you paid for.

Also, Glynda has a gift for Casual Danger Dialogue, after a fashion. "Children, please, do not play with your food." I kinda want to be her.

Exactly, such epic food weapons are awesome and well used. "You are what you eat indeed."

Glynda was awesome though, I love how casually she cleans up the entire cafeteria without a sweat. Her delivery of "Children, please, do not play with your food." was perfect too.

And the way she struts in there beforehand and growls makes me think a student ran to go get her and told her what happened, and her reaction was something like, "Again!? That's the third time this month!"

That episode was, like, fifty times more enjoyable than anything in the last season, I think. I'm actually looking forward to the next episode just as much as I am to the next episode of RvB, for once.

TBH, RWBY's made me curious about just how good RvB was. I never really cared about it all that much, but I suppose now's as good a time as any for a recommendation.

RvB's always been a lot of fun. The first five seasons are comedy gold and everything else afterwards has managed to mix the comedy and serious plots really well. This current season has been great so far, especially with all the wham episodes from the past few weeks.

Definitely give it a look, there's bound to be something you'll enjoy in it.

All those comments and no love for Cinder or Roman?

Cinder's "Do not think. Obey." is just... :3

Then there's Roman, poor Roman... XD
"Eh? Eeh? EEEEEH?! >_< Sorry if I've been busy stealing every speck of dust in the kingdom!"

I have to mention Sun and Neptune here - specifically the whole conversation prior to going in, and the facial expressions as they do. Sun's got wide eyes and massive grin, fully expecting to...I dunno, have a good meet-and-greet, with Neptune more cautious but still grinning, and then they walk in. Everyone runs out, with Neptune having that worried, confused "what the fuck is happening?" expression quickly replace the previous one. But Sun...spirits above, Sun's expression just freezes there, and I get the impression that his brain just short-circuited there for a moment. It's glorious.

I got the impression of him thinking "Oh my god this is even better than I thought it would be--!"
