Is... is that how his name is spelled? Seems... complicated.
The voices in my head tell me that we saved the world. However, they also told me that George Clooney's face is on the dollar bill, so... meh. The voices are more fun, anyway.

It's French. Means yellow, which is probably a joke about both his hair and his general demeanour.

I figured the Joan of Arc thing, I just thought his name was John. But that's what I get for not thinking outside the box. Or reading the wiki page.

No he said it was a weapon used in a war. We don't really know if it is a war against the creatures of Grim or another human army.

And I'm basing this on the fact that he's attending Beacon despite being wholly incompetent.

This was a fun ep with some good and legitimately funny moments

I would criticise the lack of Blake in this but I enjoyed meeting the new characters

So after about a month of being uninterested in RWBY I must say I was quite surprised. I have so far viewed all 5 episodes that have been currently released and I must say. Monty Oum is continuously climbing the latter to success. The animation is almost flawless, but, as an extreme anime lover, the animation feels rough at certain parts. That and the Western Influences feel extremely off to me, but Vampire Cheerleaders didn't turn me off so I don't know why this is. All in all, I gotta say this is simply something I expected. It is good to see that America is finally getting into the anime business, considering it is an extreme money machine. This is actually really good.

Pyrrha nailing that long-distance shot was my favorite part so far! Poor Jaune... I can at least be happy that Weiss wasn't a total tart this time, though she still needs some polishing.

Give her time, character development doesn't happen all at once

New Ep

Ruby and Weiss are getting along as I expect them to. That is not very well

Yay Yang and Blake are teammates and I feel bad for Yang's hairdresser.

Jaune and Pyrrha are kinda adorable

Ren is a badass, seriously those guns with knives on the edges are awesome and that fight was pretty awesome.

Aura is a pretty interesting concept.

Also

I still don't think that's what a sloth sounds like

You mean you think she lets other people touch her hair, instead of doing it herself?

I'm gonna say this right now. Pyrrha is suspicious. I suspect other motives to what she has been doing involving Jaune.

Really?

She seems incredibly nice and honest to the point where she really doesn't seem like she has any hidden agenda.

EVERYONE has a hidden agenda. Obviously Pyrrha wanted us to forget all about Aura, by talking about it WHILE REN WAS ON THE SCREEN. :geek:

And now a few words on the latest episode of RWBY:

@#$%. &%$#*@^. %$&@. That was the fight scene I've been waiting for and it was glorious. The physics in this series are only tangentially related to regular physics but the make the fight scenes so damn great. Also that music was a great accompaniment.

So new theory on Roman. I am guessing he is actually more of an Anarchist then a criminal leader. Just something about him I guess

I keep repeating the scene for both the action and the music. But I have to ask, do they ever show how Weiss and Ruby got tangled up with the Nevermore bird at the beginning?
