It's okay to throw up, but when you do, sip water slowly. Don't feel like you have to eat, but make a point of trying to eat small things like crackers or cookies. Don't worry about diets either, you're sick and anything you can keep down is a benefit
Avoid dairy, milk and cheese and stuff like that, it might make your stomach more upset.
Seriously though, I'd see some form of a doctor. :/

Current story arc in Spider-Man comics is about Doctor Octopus having taken over Peter Parker's body and I very much dislike how it's being handled.
One More Day was a storyline a few years ago about Spider-Man selling his marriage to Satan because the editors thought that stupid idea would result in new readers at the cost of everyone who liked the series before.
