Watch the Footage

Right, so I have not a clue if this is even the right forum, but here goes.

I want to play a board game. Monopoly, Risk, what have you. I am willing to foot the necessary set-up to run it properly. Would anyone else be interested?

It's not really roleplay related, so I'm gonna move it to off topic for now. I'd be willing to give a game a shot, but I am far to busy with school right now so I am definitely not the person to ask at the moment

We should totally Roleplay as monopoly dice.

Risk seems interesting enough to me, I'd like to play that. But if we get a group to play any kind of board game, I'm in.

Schedule permitting, I would love to boardgame with you guys.

I've sorta gotten banned from playing it since a few years back. No one will ever let me in. I make the games take forever and a day. XD

Risk ALWAYS takes forever and a day unless you use one of the special editions that have other win conditions. Same with Monopoly both take years to completely finish.

I'm partial to Risk myself, because I like the crazy alliance shenanigans that could go on behind the scenes, crazy gambits, etc.

It would be played on the board here, not in any sort of real-time event, since Risk games can take FOREVER. I'm working on finding and prepping a map to use as a game board, and such things.

In the meantime, can I get a good headcount of who is going to be playing?

It sounds great, but I've never actually played, so I guess I'll just read up on the rules .

Luckily, Sicon will never actually become Dictator of the World. Unluckily, that's only because he'd be considerably overqualified.
