I'm dubious... I remember rueing the last American-made Godzilla movie. Yes, I rued that day indeed. So did my wife, as that was a date early in our relationship.
That said , what they've shown has been better than the 1998 debacle. Oh, and it would be neat to show my daughter the inspiration for one of her nicknames (GodZoë, of course). So yeah, probably seeing this, making this the second film this year I want to see.

Look at the bright side Rick, if it ends up being terrible you can always show her the ridiculously over-the-top Japanese 90's Godzilla movies
