So let me get this straight.

Jack died of poison. The only character who can poison is the Blue Medic, which is who Eli probably was, given that we only seemed to have three Blues and Endless is saying they're the Gray Spy.

Jack was a Blue Heavy. This means that, for whatever reason, Eli deliberately set out to kill one of her own team.

Qara then self-destructed and took Eli with her. They were also both Blue, and resulted in Blue's complete self-destruction. Whether this was a continuation of a plan to kill Blue or a reaction to Eli possibly being traitorous, I can't say. Given Qara's reaction, though ("Okay so IN LIGHT OF THIS NEWS..."), it sounds like this isn't an outcome Qara was expecting.

...I have a feeling something went terribly wrong.

Did we have a stealth night phase before we started? Because eli didn't do anything last night (according to my Red Spy-iness), and poison takes a day to kick in...

Not playing, but from what I glean; Qara and Eli were the only two Blue left, and Qara instantly blew both of them up. Endless was the Grey Spy and won along with the Red team.

The stuff that doesn't seem to make sense, I'd attribute to Anura being tipsy after taking all those gender confusion cups due to the drinking game rules - Which, by the way, means you still have another one to tip over Anura. You called eli a he, again.

So, we had a Blue Medic, a Blue Demoman and a Blue Heavy. They killed themselves while I assume either Qara or Jack killed Narra/Sophira. On the next day, Qara blew Eli and herself up. Which means... The real person we're against this game was either Endless or whomever killed the extra person during Night 1? Or did each person of the Blue team kill someone on the first night? Or something else I'm missing?

Nah, the Blue Team just up and decided to ruin the game.

Eli poisoned Jack during Day 1, so it kicked in during the night. Here's my notes on the night...

• Narra spychecked Victin and ran into Victin's turret.
• Tohr spied on Eli and saw nothing
• Jack sandviched Endless before succumbing to poison despite Sophira protecting him from Krika's shot.
• Krika shot Jack, Sophira dove in front of the bullet. But Jack was already dead from the poison. Qara finished Soph off as BLU's official nightkill.
• Victin tried to give Soph the scanner, but she died. He did give Krika the dispenser, though, and killed Narra as previously mentioned.
• Dryu didn't drink his BONK!.

Eli and Jack and I were the Blue Team (=mafia). We (well, mostly eli and jack) thought it would be funny if we self-destructed. So eli poisoned jack and then I murder-suicided myself and eli. We also murdered Soph to throw off suspicion.

I can't answer for what everybody else was doing.
