Yes, this would be good.

Oh whoops I should have actually responded to this rather than assume you could all read minds, huh? Yes, there is a player list at the bottom of the OP.

Except... If the doctor flips over, we have no way of getting rid of vampires. And we won't know about it, meaning we won't know when to start stabbing people...

You know, I have a suggestion. Everybody, smile! Whoever turns out to have fangs, we lock up in the attic and wait until we can send the doc up to solve the issue. ^_^

I really should have made a Dentist role. They could make random people look fanged and appear to be vampires!

OK. So. Normally I would say No-Lynch, since we have an odd number of players and our chances would be significantly improved by having an even number during the day phase. This is an unusual game, so that's not going to cut it here.

So, vampires can't win on just a majority. They need to completely subvert the whole town. We know that there's only one at the moment, and any vote made now would be essentially random and has only a 9% chance of hitting it, with a higher chance of hitting a Scientist or Doctor. Then again, we might also get Typhoid Mary out of the way... if she's even in play... argh.

I vote narra 'cause she's at the top of the player list.

Hey!

And after I didn't vote to lynch you. HARRUMPH.

For the moment I'm going to stick by my no-lynch guns. They are guns of non-violence. Because that makes sense.

Let's avoid murder.

Unless someone's a vampire, you can't murder what's already dead, yeah?

Uh... At the moment the chance of hitting the vampire is pretty small. And if any of the other special roles are in play, I think you're more likely to hit an useful one rather than a negative/neutral one. Well, technically hitting a neutral one is about as likely, but I don't know if that would be a good thing.

I would vote for Anura... but I just gave a justification of why I don't think we should lynch anyone on the first day, so I'm not going to unless something happens before the end of the day.

If we don't act now, we'll lose more people to the plague. Someone must die.

I vote for Victin.

Even hitting a useful person lowers the amount of vampires that can be created. Yeh lets off a Vic. Sorry guy. Or possibly vampire.

But offing a regular person increases the overall percentage of vampires in our population.

I still vote no lynch.

Victin doesn't deserve to due. Actually, no one DESERVES to die... Can't we arrange some sort of peaceful co-existence with blood-sucking monsters? They're not that different from us.

No lynch.

There's not enough evidence to suggest who -could- be a vampire, and reducing the pool of possible humans would only further a vampire's efforts.

I suppose we have a majority at no lynch at this point...

That said... There's no way to win this game. XD Vampires will win in the end. Calling it now. :) *ominous*

We need 6 votes for a majority. ...actually, I'm not sure what rules this game's using with regards to votes.

Oh yeah, sorry, I'm going for majority to determine any result, and if there's no clear majority once everyone's voted then I will give you a warning before declaring it no-lynch. Currently, the vote is open for a while longer because not everyone has checked in for the start of the game.

Okay, it's been a while, and the thread's been dead for a full day, so I am declaring the first Day round ends tonight unless there's a major shift in votes (i.e., a majority approaches on one player). If you want to change it from no-lynch, get your votes in! (Or if you want to make it a no-lynch sooner than midnight, we're short a couple votes on majority for that).

I'm cool with no-lynch. Sorry I haven't had this up sooner, by the way, and hello whatever this town is. Doesn't matter anyhow. Pix is right. We are all doomed.

Okay, with 6/11 no-lynch votes, the day ends. Everyone has survived! ...for now...

It is now the first night round. All those with a night action, please PM me your action. I will try to send PM reminders to those I haven't heard from.

It's been a dark night, and a busy one. The new day dawns... on the bloody corpse of narrativedilettante. What monster would murder this innocent human? There's a sickness in your town. Something should be done.

It is now the second day! Get in those staking votes!
