Thanks for the submissions Scarab.
I really like that song too! I'm just avoiding adding too many on my own, because if I did, the playlist wouldn't be what it is, as it would be what it isn't. ;)

Mind War, by Christopher Franke.
His other music is really good as well, but a bit long for the soundtrack.

Added. It is indeed awesome. :)
Also, don't worry about length... Let's say... up to 10 minutes should be fine. So feel free to post it. Even if I don't add it, the link will be here for all metaguards to enjoy.

The others of his I often listen to are all over 10 minutes. :) But for anyone interested:
Messages From Earth
Severed Dreams
Z'ha'dum
Voices of Authority
And I'll add a shameless plug for Babylon 5, the associated TV show. Not only does it have more awesome music, it is very well-written.

Dolphins are some of the smartest animals, yes, but by human standards… Let's say you should praise the god that forces them to stay handless and underwater.

It was added to the soundtrack. I almost want to tag it "Coffee Room Official Theme".

I'm not on the musical theatre track right now. Instead, some other songs for you:

Lay Down Your Arms
The opening theme from Firely (listen, you'll agree it qualifies)
Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah
I think more people need to know about the Arrogant Worms. Carrot Juice is Murder is probably my favourite song of theirs, but to show their Canadian cred, I'll also give you Canada's Really Big. (Don't include that one in the playlist if you don't want to.)
And am I really the only one here who's heard that United Breaks Guitars?
Oh, and here's Heart (Broken) from Commentary! the Musical. (What, you really thought I wouldn't put in any musical theatre songs? Besides, this hardly counts.)
Lead by example. Get lost in a swamp.

AS DICTATED TO INSTANTIATION 17-01-18-01.
