I enjoy the Mundane Made Awesome. Namely, the Ladder in "Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater," when the ladder separating the first and second halves of the game features a badass A Capella version of Snake Eater, that somewhat brings tears to the eyes.

Crowning Moment of Heartwarming gets my vote, too. Also I'm rather fond of Famous Last Words.

I quite like "Save This Person, Save the World" too, but that's kind of because I started it... I didn't give it a very good name.

My favourite is Woobie Destroyer of Worlds. It's not so much the trope but that some of my favourite stories, like Akira and Rave Master, have those characters in. I also think they make the most interesting and sympathetic characters.

Magnificent Bastard is another favourite. Also make awesome characters.

As to my favorite trope, while it is really hard for me to pick, I'd have to say Magnificent Bastard as well.

Berserk Button, just knowing that anyone can be set off by anything from petty insults to an embarrassing nickname, kinda makes me laugh for some strange reason.

I'm just so fascinated by the mind control tropes, even though I usually get pretty freaked out when one of them is used in a work. I like From Nobody To Nightmare a lot, too.

Those two are my second and third favorite. Especially when combined.
