I've noticed that I haven't seen a single spam post for the last few days. I've checked the captcha - well, there's no captcha now. Instead, you have to enter Joe's name. I'd say it's perfect, as long as this forum doesn't receive a spammer's personal attention (if he knows the answer, the forum is easily spammable).
Well... it works so far.

I... WHAT? I just checked that and... yup.

Wait, so you're saying that the secret to keeping this forum was to use a THREE LETTER name as a password?

It's a known method. Ask for contextual information. Unless the bot is custom made (which is easy to do if one can program an OCR breaker) he can't figure it out. So if we do get spam again you can be sure that the spammer is among us. Generic spambots have no chance in hell to get in here now. ^^
