I actually found it really amusing. I wish I could hi-five Hussie :D
Why should we do the right thing?
-Well... because it's the right thing to do, there's no other good reason.

Am I a bad guy trying to be good, or a good guy trying to convince himself that he's not the bad guy?

*high-fives Blur in the face, with a chair* :P Just kidding, I didn't just do that. Yes, it was amusing. Very amusing, but annoying nonetheless. Kinda predictable, but... Yeah, I didn't really expect him to do what his just did, but seeing some of Casey is nice by this time. *high-fives Blur as he can't high-fives Hussie*

Wait a minute... we get to see their ship landing. Meaning we hopefully find out why Jade didn't wake John up to help her fight against Jack English and save the Alpha kids.

But the ship landed already, we saw it landing. And it's known that Jade teleported to help Jake and Jane, because that was more important.

It seems equally important to wake up your super powered god tier brother if you plan to be fighting against the big bads of this session.

But John is really hard to wake up. It took being thrown out of orbit that one time, remember? :P

Seriously, though, if Jade had been one second slower, for all she knew, Jane and Jake would have been dead. Also, she was a part-First Guardian God Tier Witch of Space that miniaturized five planets in the space of a few seconds. She had no reason to believe she'd be in much trouble, especially since the Alpha session was supposed to be better off for the post-Scratch kids than the Beta session was for the pre-Scratch kids. Why bother keeping John from talking with his dead buddies just a little longer?

She didn't knew she was going to fight the big bad, she knew people were in danger. She disregarded Union Jack within seconds, and suddenlly... A WILD CONDESCENCE ATTACKS!

What else could possibly go wrong? *meteor lands and Gamezee goes insane again along with separate attacks by super powerful and controlled god children at John and Trolls ships along with Jack arriving and starting a fight between himself and the other monarch with Red Miles going everywhere* Nothing, nothing at all is the answer

...that Rose is drunk off her mind. Dave most likely hasn't done any real fighting since they left the game. Trying to not fight the Jade and Jane could be seen as a heroic action and get them killed permenatly, the trolls don't have enough strength to take on even one of the current bad guys and their arguably strongest member is stuck in a dream without any knowledge on how to help.

Edit: Strongest member left not under the control of the Batterwitch.

I am currently counting John as the strongest member due to him owning a completed legendary weapon and having a power easily used for attack. And if he happened to keep the popomatic version then yeah, I would say in terms of weapons and powers together he is doing pretty good for himself.

Not annoyed Victin. Just mentioning it. It is really interesting actually, I can't wait to see what happens.

Dave also has a legendary weapon and can control time. John's power may be more versatile and direct, but Dave's is just plain game-breaking (which was actually kind of the point, if I remember correctly :P). But yeah, I know what you mean; I just think Dave's somewhat better than you give him credit for. Not that it exactly matters, since the meteor hasn't arrived yet, for some reason...

The meteor left after the battleship. That's why they haven't arrived yet.
The voices in my head tell me that we saved the world. However, they also told me that George Clooney's face is on the dollar bill, so... meh. The voices are more fun, anyway.

Now don't go thinking I am discounting him or anything. But last I checked Calderscratch is still broken and I have no idea what his fighting style in god mode is. I have however seen John turn into literal air and sneak behind an enemy to hit him with a hammer fused with magical dice that can cause a whole bunch of fun stuff to happen.

Eh, Aradia was able to stop Bec Noir in his tracks, and presumably a Knight of Time would be a bit more combat-oriented than a Maid of Time, so that gives him some level of inherent kick-ass right off the bat. Also, I'm pretty sure part of the point of Caledscratch is that it's broken, since Dave's strife specibus only naturally equips broken swords, and he's shown the ability to use his time powers to rewind them into unbroken format anyways.

Honestly most of the battles are going to probably come down to how well they have upkept themselves through the three years. No idea how rusty they will be. I mean at least John had the planets to train on in his free time, even if it is boring. Dave kind of just had a meteor to stay on, and probably not a lot of room to train without breaking something.

Dreambubbles, dude. Also, that meteor is pretty damn big, y'know- more than enough room to screw around. Add that to his inherent god-tier power and the fact that he can control time... Yeah, I think he'll be fine.

I find it hard to believe there's gonna be any serious fighting in this comic when there hasn't been thus far. It'll probably all be solved by random events piling on random events. ;)
If you ever need to ask the questions "Am I needed? Should I help them?" The answer is always yes. Always.
