Clearly he's Cinderella. She's been with the Cabal the whole time; she was just messing with Holmes and us to keep us off-track. And she didn't participate in the group chats because she didn't need to-- she was reading over Moriarty's (your) shoulder, and dictating her replies for him to write. It doesn't pay to let even your allies know EVERYTHING about you, after all.
