In each one there is one relevant piece of information embedded. It always comes directly after a signal phrase. The signal phrase is always different, but should stand out.

And I always make these whenever the Cabal discussion gets too relevant, on the basis that they're going to get frustrated wading through my gibberish and therefore will stop trying to read what we're writing there.
