Got it in one. She's usually pretty shy and demure (remember when Dryu was typing in pink for You're A Girl Now Day? He was imitating Fluttershy), so it was a surprise in that episode when she started yelling.

Yes. She is NORMALLY a kind girl, who loves to take care of her animal friends. She is also very shy. But if you get her riled up...
That clip was from Season 1, Episode 26: "The Best Night Ever."
